Are you a HEAL investigator wondering if you’ve chosen the right repository for your data? Join us for our next Fresh FAIR Tutorial to learn the basics of repository selection and hear firsthand accounts of choosing and submitting data to HEAL-compliant repositories. The meeting will begin with a presentation from HEAL Steward Allie Gartland-Gray walking participants through how and when to decide on a HEAL-compliant repository, followed by lightning talks from HEAL Investigators Dr. Jonathan Greenberg and Valerie Bradley sharing their experiences with repository selection and data deposition into Vivli and NAHDAP, respectively. Participants will then have the option to join two breakout rooms divided by chosen (or likely) repository type: 1) study teams planning to deposit data into a generalist repository, and 2) study teams planning to deposit data into a domain-specific repository. Add questions on this EasyRetro board (bit.ly/EasyRetro_Sept19) no later than COB Thursday, September 12; make sure to thumbs up any existing questions you want prioritized, as well.
