Getting started with the HEAL data sharing task early can simplify the data collection and management journey, reduce last-minute stress, and ensure investigators remain in compliance with the HEAL and NIH Data Management and Sharing Policy. This interactive office hours session provides attendees with a clear understanding of the requirements outlined in the HEAL PI Checklist and introduces key resources to support timely and confident reporting.
Participants:
  • Receive a high-level walkthrough of early compliance actions, via the HEAL PI Checklist.
  • Learn how to register a study on the HEAL Data Platform and access the CEDAR study-level metadata form.
  • Explore the HEAL Data FAIR Stewards website, receive guidance on using the Checklist Tracker and on requesting Stewards consultations.
The session concludes with a Q&A with HEAL Stewards and Platform team members, giving attendees the opportunity to clarify questions and gain guidance for timely engagement with HEAL requirements.
